Political Violence Escalates: Two Top Officials Slain in Mexico City Ambush

In a shocking act of violence, two senior aides to Mexico City Mayor Clara Brugada were killed in a motorcycle ambush on Tuesday morning. The attack unfolded in the city’s Moderna neighborhood and targeted Ximena Guzmán and José Muñoz as they headed to work.
